Sign up to Audition for the Bachelor

Auditions will soon be held for places in the world’s only dedicated jazz music Bachelor degree offered by a private institution. And they’re happening right here in Brisbane!

In the weeks commencing 27 September, 6 December,  and 17 January 2010, Jazzworx! The Music Institute will be auditioning for the 2011 intake of the three year, fully accredited, Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance. OP scores are not required for auditioning.

Managing Director of Jazzworx!, Greg Quigley said “Last year we had too many auditioners and not enough places in the class. To try and help, this year we’re offering free pre-audition interviews to let applicants know what to expect in the audition process. By offering this free service we hope to ensure that those musicians who want it the most, pass the audition, and secure their spot in the class of 2011.”

To make an appointment for a pre-audition interview or for more information on the Bachelor or audition process please visit www.jazz.qld.edu.au or contact the school on  07 3216 1110  07 3216 1110 or play@jazz.qld.edu.au.
