Spend an hour with JMI’s academic and management team as they walk through what studying jazz here actually involves, how you get in, where it leads, and what student life looks like day to day. Year 11 and 12 students thinking about studying music after school. No ATAR required, just an audition.
Returning to study
Adults considering a change of direction or picking music back up. Part-time study is an option.
Parents and supporters
Parents, partners, teachers, and friends. There’s plenty of time to ask the questions you’d like answered.
After Open Day

Semester 1, 2027
The main intake. Audition through 2026, receive an offer, and begin with Orientation in February 2027.
